Lodging Apartment Perugia Castel d'Arno

In the middle of the beautiful umbrian valleys and hills, and with an outstounding panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, Castel d’Arno is a completely restored 13th century building, surrounded by incredible rose plants and olives trees, in the middle of which we built a panoramic swimming pool opened last summer 2007.
The country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are just minutes away from the S. Egidio Airport, that has recently become a port of call for international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc).

We have 5 comfortable and characteristic apartments of several metratures, all with a splendid view of umbrian valleys.
They are furnished with antiques furnitures, have private bathrooms, equipped kitchenette, linen and heating.

The apartments are fully equipped to make your holiday as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

Our 5 apartments are so named:
IL CUCINONE (mq. 40) with 2 beds, bathroom and kitchen;
GLI ULIVI (mq. 50) with 4 beds, bathroom and kitchen;
L'ORTO (mq. 40) with 2-3 beds, bathroom and kitchen;
IL CORTILE (mq. 65) with 4-6 beds, bathroom and kitchen;
and then the suite IL SUBASIO (mq. 170) with 6-11 beds; there are two double-rooms, a big room with 5-6 single beds, a garret with divan double-bed, two bathrooms (one with a large bath-tub), a very big kitchen (mq. 50) with fireside and dishwasher, a living-room with TV and DVD.

For our hosts there is a room with two washing-machines (free use).
And moreover it’s possible to have use of the wide garden and the swimming pool for pleasant moments of relax.

Near Castel d’Arno there are two restaurants where it’s possible to have moderately priced meals and taste the typical Umbrian cuisine.
This is the ideal place for those who enjoy meeting others in a friendly, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

Castel d’Arno is located just 12km from the historic center of Assisi and 13km from that of Perugia. S. Egidio Airport 12 km.

The price includes water expenses, gas expenses (kitchen), final cleaning. Moreover bath and bed linen, and the free use of the swimming pool in the summer are included in the price.
Heating expenses (approximately euro 1,00-1,50 to the hour for small apartments and euro 3,00 to the hour for the bigger apartment) are not included in the winter.
