Les Carrés Pégas is located in the centre of Lyon, a few steps from the banks of the Rhone river, Lumière University and close to the Place Bellecourt and the Lyon-Perrache railway station.

The residence proposes 80 studios and duplexes, as well as 28 parking spaces.

The tourism residence meets all the requirements for a perfect short, medium or long term stay. It combines the comfort of a hotel room in the city centre, with the intimacy of a private apartment. It not only provides traditional guest services such as a personal welcome, breakfast service, daily cleaning service, but it also includes a fully-equipped kitchenette where guests can prepare their own meals.

Each studio is nicely decorated, featuring all modern comforts : kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplates, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils, a working space, satellite TV and direct dial telephone plug, a dining corner and a private bathroom with shower and WC.

Studio Double : 1 large bed. / Studio Twin : 2 single beds.
Studio Triple : 3 single beds. / Studio Quadruple : 2 large beds or 4 single beds.
