10/10 - We weren't positive where the House was located, so they faxed us a map to our place in Bologna. They were very accommodating. We had a room for four. It was the largest room we had on our trip. (Guest from Pardeeville, US)

8/10 - Very nice staff. Hotel is situated close to the station and the historic center of the city. The let you stay longer than 11:00 if the room is not reserved after you and you have to catch a a train or plane in the afternoon. (Guest from Rotterdam, NL)
