It has 2 large comfortable bedrooms that can accomodate 3-4 persons each room with a common toilette and bath.
It is located near the main Train Station (Termini) where you can get the Leonardo Express train that will bring you to Fiumicino International Airport and trains to all other major cities and european countries. Also, the airport shuttle bus to Ciampino Airport. It is well connected to all the interesting spots of the City, Very near the bus stations and subway stations.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
YOU MAY USE THE PHONE ONLY WITH A PREPAID CALLING CARD. THERE ARE PHONE CENTERS AROUND THE VICINITY TO MAKE YOUR INTERNATIONAL CALLS.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11 PM UNTIL 8 AM. IF YOU ENTER THE HOUSE DURING THOSE HOURS, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHER GUESTS AND OUR NEIGHBOURS.
SOCIAL DRINKING IS ALLOWED ... WITHIN LIMITS.
WE GIVE ACCESS OF THE KITCHEN TO OUR GUESTS. WE’LL JUST ASK YOU TO PLEASE USE IT RESPONSIBLY.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON.
