B&B At Your Place has only recently opened and is located in one of Rome's most characteristic and prestigious central districts, Borgo Pio. The B&B is housed in an elegant building that dates back to the end of the 19th century.
The top-floor apartment is home to the B&B and lies on the fifth floor of the building which conveniently has a lift/elevator. Each guest room has a balcony with great views overlooking the gardens of Castel Sant'Angelo, the Palace of Justice or the Vatican Walls.
A tasty breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10.00am and rooms are cleaned daily. Guests can check in their rooms any time from 1.00pm and check out should be made before 11.00am.
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival and also of any possible delays which may occur after notifying us.
The owner, who personally overlooks the running of the bed and breakfast and is multilingual (Italian, English, German and French), will be at your disposal for any information you may require throughout your stay.

All the guest rooms at the B&B are comfortable and quiet, and have been carefully decorated right down to the smallest of detail, in order to provide a refined and modern environment. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom (with spacious shower), LCD TV with satellite, safety deposit box ,air conditioning and wireless Lan ( WI-FI )  all of which guarantees guests a truly comfortable and relaxing stay.

The B&B is just a short distance from Saint Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. Such an advantageous location also guarantees that you will have easy access to all of Rome's attractions, including the Spanish Steps, the Quirinale, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain, as well as the major shopping areas of Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano and Via del Corso.
Close by is the quaint district of Trastevere, with its excellent selection of authentic Roman restaurants, cafés and bars. Easily within walking distance is the Ottaviano-S. Pietro metro station (line A), as well as several bus stops, all of which allow you to quickly and efficiently get around the whole city.

From Fiumicino Airport
Take the "Leonardo Express" train to Rome's main station, "Termini", and then the bus (route 40 express) and alight at the last stop which is Piazza Pia. Alternatively, take the metro at Termini station (line A in the direction of "Battistini") and alight at "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.

From Ciampino Airport
Take the bus or "Terravision" shuttle to Termini station and then the bus (route 40 express) and alight at the last stop which is Piazza Pia. Alternatively, take the metro at Termini station (line A in the direction of "Battistini") and alight at "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.

From Termini train station
