Lodging bed and breakfast Amelia Podere la Vallerina

Podere Vallerina is a beautiful property situated in South Umbria, one hour far from Rome and the international Airport of Fiumicino and Ciampino , 90 km from Perugia Airport, San Egidio.

The property is located half way between Amelia and Todi and it is composed by two Casali and two dependance: is it a lovely rural Umbria accommodation for your pleasant and very very confortable italian letting.

CASALE LA QUERCIA (SLEEP 8) is the main house, (Italian typical rural house 1800) accurately renovated from the italian architet Lodovico Alessandri, in keeping with the original characterstic of the enviroment, from the tiled floors to the ceilings with wooden beams and tiles,to the stone sitting room and small passageways with low stairs.
Casale La Quercia has three floors: on the ground floor is a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a twin bed room (sunflower bed room!)
In the second level we have two bed rooms with private bathroom. On the top there is a large leaving with TV (home theatre sysytem), DVD, stereo, and divans; at this level we can find another double bed room (no bathroom).

The garden surround the property with very old plants and flowers; we relaised a gym room, (free) and a wellness area (on request) at disposal of the guest.

The swimming pool (12x6) is located 50 mt from this house in a beutiful area, well equiped with sun beds, shower, barbecue area.
There is also a field where people can play soccer!

At 30 mt from the house you have a 'dependance', tucked in to the wood, and consist in a large bed room with private bathroom; baby coat on request (free).
